What's New?

This year, between Mother’s day and Father’s Day, CHFF wants you to hug it out with us and raise some money at the same time. For every picture of a hug that you post on-line our corporate partners will donate a small sum of money to fatherhood education programs in Africa. Just take a pic of a big ‘ole hug with somebody that you care about and post it on Twitter, Instagram, or on Facebook. Be sure to use #hugs4africa.

All proceeds will go towards establishing education partnerships with three U.S.-based non-profits. As we near Mother’s Day weekend and the launch of our Hugs4Africa campaign, we will announce our education partners.

Color Him Father Foundation (CHFF) merges civil society with the private sector to create better ways to inspire and motivate African companies and their working fathers to create a nurturing home environment for their children. We bring together accomplished corporations, diaspora communities, government, non-governmental partners, and likeminded citizens around the world to create a stronger civil society and workforce in impoverished nations. Our Pathways to Fatherhood programs embolden fathers through customized empowerment programs delivered in the workplace to develop core fatherhood values and promote the importance of a sound purposeful father figure to the family, community, and the company. In spirit of grassroot solutions, our Sons Are Rising programs are led by a network of service providers that molds and sustains local talent, and we seek to embolden community leaders and sponsor fatherhood leadership, entrepreneurial, and volunteerism programs to sustain our future endeavors. Our unique Business-to-Business Marketplace utilizes social media and web-based export-import development and commercial advocacy tools to promote exemplary African companies to U.S. markets and identify trade leads for American exporters. Our News and Media Center brings Africa’s economic and civil society to life by educating future Millennial Generation leaders and inspiring greater action and awareness of fatherhood issues.
